Wake Tech Parking Deck 2 located in Raleigh, North Carolina, Wake Tech Community College underwent significant expansion on their North Campus with a focus on environment and natural landscape. High-recycled content materials, aluminum and concrete, are used throughout the structure.Their new parking deck is enclosed with CENTRIA’s Paradigm custom fabricated metal panels that shift and slide, taking advantage of natural ventilation and sunlight while offering full-scale views of the surrounding woods. Acuity Brand Lighting – Engineering and Technology Center When Atlanta-based lighting solutions powerhouse Acuity Brands made plans for the company’s new Engineering and Technology Center, they were hoping to create a cutting-edge work environment to drive innovation and technological advances for years to come. Using CENTRIA’s Intercept system to revitalize the facility’s tired brick façade, part of a total transformation that incorporated leading workplace design, technology, and systems. The existing facility relied on an insulated stud wall with sheathing and jumbo brick exterior. The new design concept called for a sleek modular metal building envelope.

Atrisco Heritage Academy With the use of CENTRIA’s FormaWall and Concept Series concealed fastener panels, Atrisco Heritage Academy was developed in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The goal was to preserve the natural landscape and for all primary classrooms to hold views of the Sandia Mountains. The campus architecture and interiors showcase colors and murals that illustrate the unique culture and heritage of the community with a modern appeal from the use of local materials, including stucco and corrugated metal.
